We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Use a paperless system to review invoices for discrepancies, offboarding bonds, and onboarding new bonds
- Maintain ongoing verbal communication with Client Teams and provide relevant updates
- Prepare and expedite invoices to Clients
What you need to have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent English communication skills including listening, speaking and writing
- Computer literacy for correspondence, data entry, carrier websites, and accessing data from company systems
