Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination ability
- Prior internship or experience in legal or banking is a plus
- Exposure to corporate actions, due diligence process, or transaction documentation, including experience in supporting data room management and document review, is an advantage
- Good command of English (written and verbal) is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation, tracking, and management of legal documents and project deliverables
- Maintain data rooms, trackers, and ensure strong documentation control
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on Legal-related dependencies and action items
- Assist in execution logistics, including document circulation and signature coordination
- Support template alignment and standardization efforts across working groups
- Provide administrative and documentation support for Legal BAU, including contract-related tasks and basic research
