The Opportunity

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, as Experienced Hire Recruiter you will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of recruiting of Data and Analytics profiles globally, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved while addressing the logistical, geographical and branding issues of recruiting experienced consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool.

Your key responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ll have full end to end recruiting life cycle experience – ideally 4-6 years of experience either working internally as a recruiter, or within a recruitment agency or head-hunting firm

Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm is advantageous, as we would agency recruiters who have recruited into professional services or management consulting firms - however, recruiting skills and attitude is more important!

Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines is essential

Your technical skills will be:

Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is advantageous

Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required

Familiarity and competence in using AI to support recruiting processes
