Future Talent Internship Programme – Operations
Location: Malaysia
Launch your career with our 12 week Future Talent Internship Programme in Operations. Designed for final‑year undergraduates, this internship offers hands‑on experience in supporting business operations, process improvement, and project delivery within a leading global financial institution. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to corporate banking operations, and develop practical skills that will support your future career.
What You’ll Do
- Support operational analysis by compiling and validating internal data.
- Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Maintain trackers, coordinate administrative tasks, and support audit readiness.
- Contribute to operational and system‑related projects by preparing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting testing activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Scope Limitation
Strictly an administrative and coordination role with no access to customer data, banking transactions, or core banking systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final‑year undergraduate studying Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline at a recognized Malaysian university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Available to work full‑time for a 12 week internship starting in October 2026.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in corporate banking and operations, with a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Note
- Interns will receive an allowance of RM 1,500 per month.
