Senior Portfolio Solutions Leader for Marsh in LAC – hybrid role based in Mexico City or Colombia.
Lead strategy, build proprietary solutions, and drive cross‑border initiatives across Marsh Risk.
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh . This role will be based either in Mexico or Colombia . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The LAC Portfolio Solutions Leader will lead the strategy, development and regional delivery of Portfolio Solutions across Marsh Risk in LAC. Serve as the primary liaison with market, leading stakeholders management. Build and scale proprietary solutions that align with business strategy, improve placement outcomes through transformational efficiencies, and deliver measurable client value. Own the strategy, governance, execution, and cross-functional alignment required to accelerate solution adoption, optimize placement channels.
What do you need to have:
- 12+ years’ experience in insurance broking, placement, portfolio solutions, underwriting, or related fields with proven regional exposure.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling commercial product/solution portfolios.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with carriers, analytics, technology, legal and client leaders.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior (C‑suite and carrier) levels.
- Strong program and product management skills — able to prioritize and deliver complex, cross‑border initiatives.
- Data‑driven decision‑maker — comfortable using analytics to validate solution fit and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communicator and presenter; able to build compelling narratives and enablement materials for client/placement teams.
- Advanced English proficiency
