Description:
Marsh is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This role will be based in Timisoara, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What can you expect:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights;
- Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for corporate clients;
- Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
What you need to have:
- Proven success in sales (B2B) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales development representative, or relevant experience in business to business environment/ banking;
- Excellent written and spoken English; Native Romanian;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Time management and planning skills;
- Dynamic, with initiative, persuasive, team player;
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
- Driving license.
