We are seeking a motivated and passionate Product Owner to join our BCS team within Marsh Technology business.
This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Product Owner, you will work with 2 Business Client Services (BCS) squads to help build the requirements for features, PoCs and/or new applications for use by the enterprise.
You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of products and solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, product management and the organization at large to define and prioritize the backlog for your squads. You will help with the definition of strategy, vision and roadmap, ensuring our products aligns with the company's goals for innovation and growth.

What you need to have:
- 5+ years working as a business analyst or in product management
- minimum 2 years of experience working within a Lean‑agile software product development method
- minimum 2 years of defining and documenting product requirements into small, well‑articulated and valuable deliverables

- Passion for metrics and driving value
- Ability to articulate the value of the work you will be delivering.
- A baseline understanding of technical environment(s).
