Mercer Indonesia is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Jakarta office :
Treaty Technician (Claim)
We will count on you to:
- Entry claim process from email according to type of claim process; Monitoring timeframe and response from/to the clients & reinsurers
- Review claims advices from clients; billings according to departmental procedures.
- Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties.
- Assist in the resolution of claims issues.
- Processing Reinsurance Claims includes, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.
- Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you need to have
University Degree or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience in processing claims in a reinsurance environment.
Prior experience in the Reinsurance industry, with specific experience of Treaty Reinsurance highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft suite skills
Fluent in English
