Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Exchange team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.

Data Transfer Administrator

We will count on you to:

Manage and maintain the operational readiness of critical data transfer applications and infrastructure.
Design, build, and enhance data transfer solutions for internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets, including incident triage and issue resolution.
Participate in client calls to gather requirements, manage change requests, and support service satisfaction.
Automate transfer rule tasks, integrate applications, and support platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with operational knowledge of data transfer solutions.
Experience administering the GlobalScape data transfer platform, or a similar managed file transfer platform. We will train if you don’t have Globalscape experience.
Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PGP encryption, data transfer ciphers, MACs, and key algorithms.
Proven ability to review logs and troubleshoot connectivity issues through to resolution.
Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, shell scripting, ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows Clustering, and OKTA two-factor authentication.
