We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh . This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
As a Client Relationship Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
- Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
- Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
- Participate in client and prospect meetings
- Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
- At least 3 years experience in Insurance/Brokerage, experience in Corporate Insurance would be a valuable addition
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- Fluent Romanian, English (B2)
- Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (proficiency with Excel)
- Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good self-discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive
