What We Look for in Candidates
College graduate by June 2026
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to reason through complex problems
Self-starter attitude with strong decision-making and time management abilities
Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools
