TEAM OVERVIEW

KKR’s Public Policy & Affairs (PPA) function is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s global public policy, regulatory, and external engagement strategy. The team includes the KKR Global Institute, which focuses on geopolitical risk, alongside regional policy teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. PPA plays a critical role in protecting and enhancing KKR’s “license to operate” by:

POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking a Senior Associate / Principal to join its EMEA Public Policy & Affairs team, based in London and reporting to the Head of EMEA Public Policy & Affairs. This individual will play a key role in advising on policy and regulatory developments, supporting investment activity, and driving strategic engagement with government and external stakeholders across EMEA. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and sits at the intersection of investment decision‑making, geopolitics, and stakeholder management.
