About the Role:

The Business Manager, Product Americas plays a critical role in enabling the success of the Americas Product platform by ensuring efficient, consistent, and strategically aligned coordination across key Product, Investment, Distribution, and key functional partners. This role supports execution of Americas Product business strategy and strengthens connectivity across stakeholders.

Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related discipline required MBA and/or CFA preferred Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience in technical and leadership roles in financial services, with an established record of accomplishments and business results Bachelor degree required, Master’s degree in a related field preferred Strong understanding of asset management industry and private markets Excellent judgment and decision-making skills combined with strong principles of good conduct and ethical behavior The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both written and verbally including distilling complex topics into clear/articulate pros, cons, recommendations Flexibility and willingness to lead a broad range of functions, projects and tasks Proactive mindset with a natural ability to identify opportunities to make impactful efficiency gains Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail One-team mindset A high bar for performance High impact problem solver

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in Downers Grove and New York City is $120,000 to $155,000 annually.
