About the Role:

Invesco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support investment strategies within its Fundamental Equities franchise, as part of the Americas Product Management team. The platform manages $281B in assets with 110+ professionals delivering 70 equity strategies across 7 global locations to clients in 25+ countries. This role is responsible for overseeing product collateral, reporting, and strategic initiatives that support business development across retail, institutional, and retirement channels. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with CPMs, portfolio teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities while maintaining deep expertise in equity strategies and market trends. This individual will also lead and develop team members, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and leverage strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Requirements for the role:

5–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably within asset management; bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred)

Strong understanding of equities, financial markets, and core investment concepts and processes

Experience leading and developing others in a player/coach capacity

Advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, and related tools; familiarity with AI tools preferred

Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data and content management, research, writing, and marketing support

Passion for capital markets and the investment management industry

Entrepreneurial, change-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and creative problem solving

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and deadlines, sound judgment, and drive to succeed; Series 7 & 63 required within 6 months of hire
