Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance and external parties, such as international branches and our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT
- Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements
- Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation)
- Preparing and processing internal reversals
- First level filtering: Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level Compliance
YOUR PROFILE
- Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages
- Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements
- Strong team-player with can-do attitude
- Solution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor‑made service for our clients
- High attention to detail combined with proven problem‑solving skills
