About the Role

The Senior Software Quality Engineer leads the design, execution, and oversight of complex test strategies to ensure the delivery of high quality, reliable software products for Finance Domain. This role provides deep technical expertise, drives automation maturity, mentors junior analysts, and partners closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to uphold quality throughout the development lifecycle. The Senior SQA Analyst works proactively to identify risks, improve processes, and elevate overall product excellence.

About the Team

You’ll join a high-performing Quality Engineering team that plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions within the Finance domain. The team partners closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and strong business outcomes.

This group is deeply technical and hands‑on, working across large-scale data environments, modern databases, and cloud technologies. Team members lead complex testing strategies, drive automation maturity, and proactively identify risks to improve processes and overall product quality. There’s a strong focus on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement, with senior engineers guiding and elevating junior talent.

Responsibilities of the Role

Secondary Skill/ added advantage

Test automation for large data projects.

Knowledge in Alteryx, Informatica or DBT is added an advantage.

Familiarity with Bit Bucket or other source control tools.

Requirements of the Role

7-9 Years of Experience.

Software quality assurance and \ or software testing

Experience in Financial services/ Asset Management Industry is preferred

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)

Bachelor of Technology or MCA

License/Registration/Certification: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

Compensation & Employment Details

The salary range for this position in Charlottetown is $100,000 - $110,000 year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
