Job Description

About the Role:

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager you will lead one or more Scrum teams or manage medium to large technology projects across multiple cross-functional teams, for the Finance systems portfolio of Technology projects.

Responsibilities of the Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring Scrum Teams / Project Teams are high performing with respect to the selected execution methodology (Agile/Scrum, waterfall or other iterative methodologies). You will own all aspects of the project definition process including facilitating and capturing the business and technology inputs to develop business cases, reviewing with stakeholders, shepherding through the enterprise governance process, and selecting the execution methodology . You will also be called upon to be an active contributor in driving adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/Scrum across the organization.
