Join the Central Compliance team as a Working Student and actively support the execution of second-line compliance monitoring activities. You will collaborate with the Monitoring & Control Execution team to help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements across key risk areas such as Client Suitability and Pricing Governance.
This is a hands‑on role offering structured learning and practical experience, and your contributions will directly support the team’s mission to uphold high compliance standards and strengthen internal controls. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated university student aiming to build expertise in financial regulation, risk assurance, and control operations, preparing you for a future career in compliance, risk management, or financial services.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Support the planning and execution of recurring compliance control activities, including sampling, data collection, and initial evidence review
- Validate documentation provided by Client-Facing Units against established control criteria
- Maintain accurate records in control tracking tools and ensure proper filing of test evidence
- Prepare draft analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for internal reporting and management updates
- Contribute to deficiency management processes by assisting in follow-ups and resolution tracking
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation ideas, digital tool enhancements, or policy reviews
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
- Genuine interest in financial compliance, regulatory frameworks, and private banking operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple small assignments simultaneously
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
- Highly motivated and self-driven student with proactive mindset and attitude
