Your career opportunity
We are seeking a talented experienced Engineering Practice Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong engineering mindset, with ability to coordinate across different Domains and support their engineering transformation initiatives. This role also offers an opportunity to drive engineering maturity, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What you’ll do
- Support engineering transformation by coordinating with multiple domains on Engineering uplift initiatives.
- Liaise with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups.
- Analyse data insights to drive engineering decisions and generate status reports.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and engineering maturity.
- Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways.
- Understand and align work across different technology domains, including Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cyber and business technology teams ensuring consistency in standards and practices.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong engineering mindset with experience across technology stacks.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate across multiple domains.
- Ability to analyse engineering data and provide meaningful insights.
- Experience in transformational change and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of engineering standards and practices and applicability across software, operations and infrastructure domains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while interacting in Steering and Working group sessions and providing views of areas to Heads of Engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 23,300 PLN - 30,000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
