We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Service Manager working mainly for the Swiss Market.
What you’ll do
- IT Controls and KCI, cost allocations and recharges to Business entities.
- Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance.
- IT Applications consumed by Swiss Business entities, IT Impairments linked to the consuming Business entities.
- Major IT Deliveries impacting the Business entities, IT Delivery Services materiality assessments.
- Intra Group Service Agreement breaks.
- Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland.
- Swiss IT Procedure recertification, swiss hosted vulnerabilities management.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills.
- Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity.
- Financial Services / Banking knowledge.
- Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure.

- The pay range for this role is 15025 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).
- Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
