Client Support Specialist – remote role in Greater Atlanta for principals with 90‑mile radius
Focus on client loyalty, problem resolution and transaction processing for high‑net‑worth customers
Job Description
To be eligible for consideration of this role, your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius at the time of application from the approved branch sites listed below: Dunwoody, Buckhead, Market Center, Alpharetta

The Expertise You Have
Series 7 required Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days 2-3 years of previous financial services experience

The Value You Deliver
Engage with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquires which may include providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
