About the Department:
Investment Operations operates within a global, follow-the-sun model across the United States, India, and Poland to ensure continuous processing, scalability, and alignment with the firm’s enterprise platform and transformation strategy. The team brings together experienced operations leaders, technologists, and regional teams to deliver efficient, controlled investment lifecycle support. Joining this group provides exposure to global stakeholders, enterprise initiatives, and large-scale platform transformation.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities:
- You will own the Aladdin investment management platform across Investment Operations.
- You will lead the migration from SIMS to Aladdin, covering data and workflows.
- You will design and implement a unified global operating model.
- You will oversee trade processing, corporate actions, pricing, and reconciliations.
- You will strengthen risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.
- You will drive automation and reduce reliance on legacy systems.
- You will leverage Business Reporting Systems (BRS) to improve data efficiency.
Team & Collaboration:
- You will lead global teams across India and Poland.
- You will collaborate across regions to support continuous operations.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Twelve or more years of experience in Investment Operations.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise with the Aladdin platform.
- Strong experience using Business Reporting Systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic leadership and decision-making capability.
- Proven transformation and change management experience.
- Ability to lead and influence global teams.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
