About the Team:

Join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team, which plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce at Fitch Group. Our team is responsible for recruiting top-tier talent across global markets, ensuring that we attract and retain individuals who embody our values of credibility, independence, and transparency.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting the strategic hiring needs of a rapidly growing business.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative and direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

Build and manage a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external organizations and educational institutions.

Lead initiatives to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices, promoting equity in all talent acquisition activities.

You May be a Good Fit if:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably supporting corporate functions and / or technology.

You have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.

You possess strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and direct sourcing methodologies.
