This is an onsite position on our St. Petersburg campus.

Corporate Real Estate & Facilities ensures Franklin Templeton offices worldwide are safe, efficient, and welcoming. Overview

We seek skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work arrangement: On–site, St. Petersburg, FL
