Our team designs and executes advertising programs, internal and external communications strategies, and client and prospect engagement programs to showcase who Corebridge is to our customers, distribution partners and employees. Our team oversees brand positioning and strategy, digital and social media, employee and executive communications, media relations, industry research and thought leadership, product marketing, customer regulatory communications, and social impact and sponsorship programming.

About The Role

This role manages high-volume marketing support for financial professionals, executing B2C marketing strategies including email campaigns, workshop promotion, customization of marketing materials, etc., as well as, upholds strict regulatory and compliance guidelines within all functions.  Key skills needed for this role are hands-on experience working witih Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.  Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze instructions/ requests and execute with precision.  Field Marketing team supports all 1100 advisors and their leadership with day to day marketing tasks. They also support the Relationship Management team and Communication Consultants.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Work within a fast-paced, highly collaborative team utilizing various tools to achieve work output, including email blast system, Salesforce, SharePoint, Adobe Professional, and Microsoft products.

Manage high-volume marketing support for financial professionals, executing B2C marketing strategies including:

Qualifications and Skills

Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze instructions/requests and execute with precision.

Capable of identifying problems, gathering relevant data, analyzing facts, and drawing sound conclusions/solutions.

Able to make informed recommendations that align with strategic goals.

Resourceful and solution‑oriented, with a track record of seeing requests/projects through from concept to completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Word etc.)

Confident in presenting ideas and information to all audiences including managers, internal customers and team members with clarity and impact.

Exceptionally organized and self‑driven with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.

2+ years of sales & marketing experience in a Client Services environment (B2C and B2B2C experience is a plus).

Insurance & Financial background a plus; specifically in annuities, life insurance, retirement planning and wealth management.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000 to $56,500 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City, NJ and Woodland Hills, CA area.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financials’ Woodland Hills, CA, Jersey City, NJ, or Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
