Job Overview

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Financial Administration team. The Staff Accountant reports to the Director – Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting and is responsible for preparing general journal entries and account reconciliations, principally for North America operations, and provides general ledger and period close support on a global basis. The Staff Accountant will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and assist in the production and disbursement of financial reports.

Work Location Flexibility

Salary and other compensation

A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position in the US is $70,000 – $85,000. Starting pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation. CRA offers a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility requirements, which may include: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with employer match; life and disability insurance; paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays); paid parental leave; wellness programs and employee assistance resources; and commuter benefits.
