Job Title: SPO Offshore Team Lead
Exp-10-18 years
Location: Bangalore
Key skills and expertise:
- Executes the end-to‑end MS 365 migration program, accountable for delivery, timelines, and executive reporting.
- Manage migration strategy (cutover, hybrid, staged), builds playbooks, and aligns with Program goals.
- Oversees delivery (AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps), identifies blockers, and maps technical readiness.
- Provides deep technical guidance during pilot, rollout, and cutover. Troubleshoots escalations.
- Identifies technical risks (identity, mail routing, DNS) and designs mitigation plans.
- Aligns migration success criteria through technical validation checkpoints with QA Lead and other team members.
- Provides executive dashboards, migration progress, and adoption metrics.
- Owns stabilization phase, defect closure, and handover to support. Oversees technical tuning, performance validation, and transition to operations.
