Role Summary
We are seeking Deployment Consultants to support large‑scale transformation initiatives within the banking and capital markets domain. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing deployments for mission‑critical, high‑availability systems. You will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting distributed, event‑driven architectures to ensure smooth releases and successful go‑live outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute deployments across SIT, UAT, Pre‑Production, and Production environments.
- Coordinate deployment schedules and align with project timelines.
- Validate release packages including code and configurations.
- Ensure readiness of Linux‑based environments.
- Develop and maintain deployment runbooks with rollback procedures.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Support go‑live execution and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Assist in post‑go‑live stabilization and handover.
Key Deliverables
- Deployment plans and runbooks.
- Validated release packages.
- Deployment validation evidence.
- Deployment logs and issue tracking.
- Post‑deployment reports.
- Monitoring dashboards.
Key Requirements
Required
- 8–12+ years of experience in deployment, release management, or DevOps roles in Banking or Capital Market domain is a Must.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience with distributed systems or financial platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
- Experience with Java‑based application deployments, Linux / Red Hard environments, and CI/CD tools and scripting is highly preferred.
