LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
- Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys.
- Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years of professional experience .
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role .
Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes .
Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market , digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions).
Experience with digitalization and transformation projects .
Experience in process modelling and business process analysis .
Experience working in an Agile environment .
Languages
English is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
