About the Private Wealth Investor Relations Team
The Investor Relations team is a critical partner in the growth of Brookfield Private Wealth's platform, serving as the primary bridge with internal and external partners. The team is responsible for delivering an exceptional investor experience across the full lifecycle of our alternative investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end investor servicing for the perpetual product suite, including non-traded REITs, BDCs, interval funds, and other evergreen private market strategies offered through the private wealth channel
Serve as a senior point of contact for wealth advisors, their clients, and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and resolving complex investor inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Own the development and continuous improvement of scalable, best-in-class investor servicing protocols, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all perpetual product touchpoints
Partner cross-functionally with Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Fund Operations, and Technology teams to drive seamless execution across the investor lifecycle
Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the Investor Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, intellectual rigor, and client‑centricity
Oversee and manage relationships with third‑party service providers, including transfer agents, fund administrators, custodians, and technology platforms
Direct and enhance investor communication processes including periodic NAV delivery, and ad hoc investor reporting
Identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and drive implementation of process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine investor‑facing materials, communications, and educational content related to perpetual products
Contribute to strategic planning for the growth and scaling of the perpetual product investor services platform across global regions
Qualifications & Requirements
7–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investor servicing, investor relations, client service, fund operations, or private wealth management
Deep knowledge of perpetual and evergreen alternative investment structures, including non-traded REITs, BDCs, interval funds, or similar private wealth alternative products; experience with drawdown fund structures is an asset
CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent designation preferred
Experience working with private wealth distribution channels, financial intermediaries, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and wealth advisor platforms
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing junior team members and driving cross‑functional initiatives
Strong understanding of fund operations including NAV processes, investor reporting cycles, transfer agency functions, and regulatory requirements
Experience working with transfer agents and investor servicing platforms is an asset
Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to senior internal stakeholders and external clients
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a demonstrated track record of operating with precision under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of work product
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, design solutions, and drive change from concept through implementation
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and disciplined in approach, consistent with Brookfield's leadership attributes
