Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Eligibility
We are interested in meeting MBA students from US schools scheduled to graduate between December 2026 – August 2027. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

The dead line for Consultant applications is August 13, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
How to Apply
Candidates interested in applying must submit an application including a cover letter, résumé and most recent unofficial transcript. Additional documents may be added to the “My Profile” tab at any time in the section titled “Resumes and Other Documents”. Candidates will be invited to complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA) within 24–48 hours of submitting their application. Once invited, candidates will have 24 hours to complete the assessment.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Other language requirement Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec.

The first year base compensation for this role is $199,500 CAD.
In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a retirement contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
