What You’ll Do

Growth Architects are responsible for incubating growth thinking into our ventures at every stage, from ideation to customer adoption. They continuously evolve the industry standard for growth marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale ventures, increasingly by designing and deploying AI-powered, agentic workflows across the growth function. Their work spans product, marketing, and technology, and they drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test-and-learn approach, they strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best-in-class customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 

Design and redesign core marketing workflows end-to-end, identifying where agentic tools can replace or accelerate manual processes 

Build lightweight agentic proof-of-concepts for media, measurement, and content use cases using tools like Claude, leveraging Claude Skills to execute complex tasks 

Orchestrate agent-to-agent (a2a) marketing campaigns where autonomous AI agents collaborate to optimize media spend and content generation 

Deploy the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly connect marketing agents with live enterprise data sources 

Own input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization for one of our digital businesses 

Provide input into multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs 

Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests 

Work with the growth team to implement market viability tests 

Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use 

Convert insights into action, see the customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution 

Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost-per metrics, retention, ROI, and LTV to drive the business 

B e agile and iterative, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity 

What You’ll Bring

2-4+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency

An AI-forward mindset, with hands-on proficiency using AI tools to build proof-of-concepts for real marketing use cases

Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content

A working understanding of core marketing processes end-to-end, with the instinct to redesign them around agentic workflows

Experience configuring advanced automation and agentic marketing platforms (e.g., n8n, SuperAGI, Agentforce, or Netcore)

Hands‑on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer grounded tools (e.g., Mitzu, Ask Amplitude, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot) rather than legacy event-tracking tools

Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to securely expose APIs and databases to LLMs

Hands‑on experience with paid media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)

A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings

A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services

Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape our growth initiatives and company

Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend, and act

Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience with consumer-facing digital products and services

Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills

A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption

Familiarity with techniques such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SEM, DSPs, programmatic display, and a2a interactions

Willingness to travel as needed

Previous experience at a professional consulting company highly desired

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.  

Please note: any degree programs (including part-time) must be completed before starting at BCG.

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office. As a member of that office, it is expected you will be in the office as directed. This role puts you on an accelerated path of personal and professional growth and development and so, at times, requires extended working hours. Our work often requires travel to client sites.

The first‑year base compensation for this role is: Growth Architect: $110,000 - $145,000 USD  Senior Growth Architect: $190,000 USD  In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below. At BCG, we are committed to offering a comprehensive benefit program that includes everything our employees and their families need to be well and live life to the fullest. We pay the full cost of medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees – and their eligible family members. * That’s zero dollars in premiums taken from employee paychecks. All our plans provide best in class coverage:  

Zero-dollar ($0) health insurance premiums for BCG employees, spouses, and children 

Low $10 (USD) copays for trips to the doctor, urgent care visits and prescriptions for generic drugs 

Dental coverage, including up to $5,000 in orthodontia benefits 

Vision insurance with coverage for both glasses and contact lenses annually 

Reimbursement for gym memberships and other fitness activities 

Fully vested Profit-Sharing Retirement Fund contributions made annually, whether you contribute or not, plus the option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401(k) plan
