What You'll Do
当社パブリックセクター（公共領域）案件専属のコーディネーターとして文書の管理、タイムリーなプロセス管理等、全般サポートをお任せします。
【業務内容】
- 入札から落札までプロポーザル活動全般のサポート：ロジ確認、必要書面の収集、文書準備
- 落札したプロジェクトの進行サポート：定期報告書面作成と提出・報告/再委託先との契約関連業務/経費証憑類の収集/イベント実施サポート
- 精算検査対応：報告書面作成と提出/検査対応
- その他関連するコーディネーション
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
- 大学卒業以上
- 事務経験3年以上
- 読み/書きできる程度の英語力(TOEIC750以上)
【歓迎条件】
- 契約締結に関する経験
- 経理経験
- プロジェクト管理の経験

- 業務にスピーディーに対応できる方
