What You'll Do
Join our dynamic team at BCG and contribute to impactful government-related projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your career path, providing you with extensive professional growth and development. As a Consultant, you will:
- Deliver expert consultation for government-related projects, including the development of case proposals and efficient process management
- Actively engage with relevant client counterparts, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
- Regularly report project progress to leadership teams, offering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.
- Support the delivery of selected project modules, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with project goals.
What You'll Bring
Requirements:
Relevant work experience of min 5-8 years post-graduation
Experience in government/state-owned enterprise related cases/projects
Potentially have track record with long term transformation cases
Strong relationship management, connect with clients
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrates enthusiasm and strong drive to learn and self-development
