What You’ll Do
The Business & Operations Senior Manager drives the effective operationalization of Inverto’s regional growth agenda by leading key commercial, people, financial, and operational processes for the Middle East.
Acting as a strategic partner to Inverto leadership and EMESA teams, the role ensures transparency in business development activities, enables strong go-to-market execution, and supports high-quality decision-making through robust performance and financial management. It plays a central role in shaping and sustaining talent and team development, driving a cohesive and high-performing culture, and ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.
The position also safeguards operational excellence by strengthening cross-functional collaboration with BCG Core and Inverto EMESA, ensuring reliable data flow, and securing compliance with governance, legal, and internal standards. Additionally, it oversees local office operations and orchestrates shared services and marketing initiatives to enable seamless delivery and reinforce Inverto’s brand presence in the region.
A key aspect of the role is ensuring alignment between BCG core and Inverto-specific requirements, in accordance with Inverto’s global guardrails, and business model.
Overall, the role is critical in enabling the Middle East business to operate effectively, grow sustainably, and achieve its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management and GTM support
Partner with Inverto Managing Directors, Principals, and Inverto EMESA to operationalize the Inverto growth plan and operating model by translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and effective execution2. People & Talent Management
Drive optimal team deployment and resource allocation in close collaboration with the Inverto EMESA team, ensuring sustained delivery capacity and alignment with business needs3. Financial Planning & Performance Management
Collaborate with Finance teams to steer annual strategic and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment between functional priorities and financial targets4. Collaboration & Data flow
Maintain strong and effective collaboration with BCG Core and Inverto EMESA teams (BST, HR, IT, etc.), enhancing cross-functional processes and ensuring smooth operational integration5. Risk Management & Compliance Coordination
Support governance, risk management, and compliance efforts by ensuring alignment of local operations with Inverto EMESA and BCG Core requirements, while proactively identifying improvement areas6. Local Coordination & Office Enablement
Oversee day-to-day office operations of the Inverto team and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations
What You’ll Bring
Bachelors or Masters degree with an above-average grade.
8+ years of relevant experience within business operations
Confident presence in an international environment, business fluent in English.
