What You’ll Do
Future-focused leadership.
You’ll support the professional and personal growth of your teams , creating an environment where everyone can perform their best. As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll help shape our strategic direction and contribute to Inverto’s international growth and long-term success.

You bring relevant sector experience and use it to guide clients through their key challenges. As a trusted partner, you’ll lead projects with confidence and collaboration, helping to deliver meaningful and lasting results .

You’ll contribute your expertise to strengthen our collective knowledge . By being responsible for a subject area, you’ll share insights, mentor colleagues, and help grow our capabilities across the company.
Insight‑Led Delivery.
You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, working closely with key contacts at our local and international clients and BCG. You’ll shape and deliver tailored strategies, build trusted client relationships, and spot opportunities to deepen our collaboration in a natural, value-driven way. You’ll build and grow new customer relationships, expanding our client base.
What You’ll Bring
- University degree from a high-ranking university with strong academic results.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in strategic consulting and in procurement / supply chain management.
- Extensive expertise in consulting, ideally in procurement / supply chain management, and significant success in business optimization.
- You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level through complex projects . You are customer-oriented, cooperative and entrepreneurial. You have already managed teams very successfully.
- You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.
- Business fluency in Portuguese and English.
