What You'll Do
人事部門（HR Team）に所属し、コンサルタントの評価／育成を担っていただきます。 経営層と一体となりコンサルタントのDevelopment Processを主導・シニア層からインプットを受け、情報収集やデータ分析を行い、 コミュニケーションプランを作成し展開、マネジメントの最終意思決定のサポートところまで担当いただきます。
【業務内容】
- ・評価会議のコーディネーション
- ・コンサルタントの評価情報収集やデータ分析等、関連ドキュメントのハンドリング
- ・関係者へのコミュニケーションプランの策定、情報展開
- ・グローバルへのレポーティング
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
- ・大学卒業以上
- ・人事領域でのキャリア構築に強い意欲をお持ちの方
- ・英語力（TOEICスコア750点以上 またはビジネスレベル）
- ・社会人経験3年以上（人事経験は不問）
- ・主体的にマルチにプロセスをマネジメントし結果につなげる、スピーディかつ的確な業務遂行能力
- ・各層各所との円滑な業務推進のため、関係構築する総合的なコミュニケーション力及び調整力
- ・ビジネス環境・ニーズの変化に対しての柔軟性
