What You'll Bring
We hire Experienced Hires for Associate and Consultant positions. Associates typically have 0‑4 years of full‑time work experience, while Consultants generally have 4+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD). Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Other language requirement Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec.

Compensation
The first year base compensation for this role is $199,500 CAD.
In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a retirement contribution.
