What You'll Do
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare client contracts after receiving the proposal from the operations team
- Review the scope of work and the financial terms of contracts
- Coordinate end-to-end with all stakeholders (Senior Team, clients, vendors/service providers, legal teams) through to final contract signature
- Follow up internally and externally to speed up the signature process for client and supplier contracts
- Screen/evaluate new vendors/service providers
- Monitor and follow up on invoicing and collections to reduce payment delays
