What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BCG, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top performers for our consultant team. You will support the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Coordination of interview process
- - Being an integral part of the recruitment process from end to end when needed
- - Active participation in local and Nordic employer branding activities and talent attraction initiatives.
- - Responsible for coordination and quality assurance of our student analyst positions
- - Plan and execute activities for incoming hires and manage related communication channels.
- - External and internal communication, such as news letters and guiding potential future candidates
- - Support candidates in interview preparation and follow up after events.
- - Ensure accurate and timely data management for reporting purposes.
- - Manage intern and graduate applications, conduct screening, and maintain the candidate database.
- - Work independently with upcoming projects
What You'll Bring
A sharp focus on both candidate experience and business needs, ensuring excellent service across teams and touchpoints. Your ability to build relationships and work collaboratively will be essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thoroughly manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are crucial. You will demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and a natural instinct to get things done with a focus on high quality and excellent service.
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or similar.
1-3 years of relevant experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.
Sound knowledge of the local graduate market.
Proven analytical skills.
Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages and excellent written and oral English.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interaction skills.
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Nordic Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our Employer Branding, Marketing, and Candidate Assessment teams.
