This is how you make a difference
- 2–3 years of experience in IT: software development, architecture or tech consulting
- Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
- Ability to design and implement IT architectures and work with modern technologies
- Understanding of integration patterns, microservices, DevOps, the software development lifecycle and AI solutions
- Experience in leading integration and legacy system modernization projects
- Experience working with clients, including at C-level
- Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
