This is how you make a difference
- 2-3 (min.) years of experience in IT, consulting, project management, or a related field
- Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Basic understanding of IT architectures, software development, or enterprise systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to create clear presentations and written deliverables for both technical and business audiences
- Initial hands‑on experience working with AI tools and eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context
- Proactivity, self‑sufficiency, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
