What You'll Do
- Maintain a transparent, accurate, and up-to-date overview of current and future project and non-project assignments, i.e., holidays and trainings
- Update internal systems and reports accordingly on a weekly basis
- Participate in weekly Staffing Calls
- Support the CEE Staffing Team in communicating staffing decisions to A/Cs
- Support the CEE Staffing Team in collaboration with related functions, i.e., HR Ops, on common matters
- Support the CEE Staffing Team in staffing-related immigration, visa request support, and travel administration
- Conduct analyses and produce reports/updates as required
- Support the adoption of the new CD system, including data validation, assisting with the evaluation review process, drafting and sending reminders, and updating related materials and documentation
- Support preparation for the CD cycle, ensuring timely evaluations and dossier collection via reminders and follow-ups, preparing a people overview, updating meeting materials, and managing meeting logistics, e.g., room bookings and catering arrangements
- Support analytics and data collection, including maintaining and updating relevant files and trackers across CD-related processes, in collaboration with other involved teams, e.g., Staffing
- Stay on top of things and communicate proactively between various stakeholders
- Work in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- Adjust your communication style to communicate effectively and in a recipient-friendly way
- Organize your own tasks efficiently
- Stay detail-oriented
What You'll Bring
- You are enrolled at the university
- Experience in a professional services business is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staff
- High motivation and flexibility
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and trust
- Accurate and 100% reliable
- Strong team spirit and personal dedication
- Full command of all MS Office related programs
- Fluency in English is a must, Hungarian preferred, Romanian / Croatian / Slovenian language is a plus!
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the CEE Talent Management unit as part of the People team, supporting staffing of the consulting team in the CEE offices. It is a position for a person who likes working with people, is a good communicator, and also enjoys working with reports. Working as a Working Student – Staffing/ Career Development is a great combination for a person who would like to combine business and people development topics on a daily basis.
