We're looking for a Staffing Assistant (all genders) to provide our Business Service Team with dynamic support and fresh inspiration at our Cologne or Frankfurt am Main office, starting immediately limited to a two-year fixed term . In this function, you'll ensure that BCG Platinion works efficiently and effectively. The members of this team thus contribute directly to the success of our company.

With your colleagues of the Staffing Team, you'll ensure transparency on our project portfolio and our staff utilization
Together with the Business Development & Staffing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the staffing of our project resources and the associated processes
You’ll work closely with our practice area leaders, Head of Business and HR Development
You’ll contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our client projects and the development and qualification of our people
You actively contribute to the conception and creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for our portfolio, ensuring that we are always up to date
In regard to research and analysis, you'll have the ambition and persistence to try your hand at different tasks
You have a keen interest in the ongoing development and optimization of the technology available for this purpose, and you'll proactively drive it forward together with our IT and controlling teams
You can help us make a difference
You have completed commercial training (e.g., as a management assistant for office communication or a foreign language correspondent) or a college degree with above-average grades
Ideally, you have gained some initial business experience as an assistant, in HR, or in IT consulting
You work professionally with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and confidently use digital aids and modern technologies
Your German is perfect, and your English is business fluent
You're able to handle our fast-paced business, and have a highly structured work style and the composure needed to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and to set the right priorities
Personal initiative, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, loyalty, and dependability are second nature to you
You have a proactive, solution-oriented work style and enjoy bringing your creativity to everyday work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive outlook and drive, and pleasant, polite manners round out your profile
