Strategic Planning Manager

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Strategic Planning Manager to join its Strategic Planning Group within the Investor Services business. This role is responsible for shaping and executing strategic priorities across product strategy and investment governance within Investor Services. In this role, you will align business growth with our strategic areas of focus, while ensuring disciplined investment decisions that support long‑term value creation. Operating at the center of strategy, finance, product and risk, you will influence senior stakeholders and drive integrated decision‑making across the organization.

Salary Range

MA: $140,000 - $190,000 base salary + annual target bonus BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
