What You’ll Do
As a Visiting Associate Consultant at BCG, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. You’ll embark on a journey of exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries to drive impactful change. Our Visiting Associate role is offered with a fixed full‑time contract which concludes with a permanent Associate offer upon successful completion.
- Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to address client challenges during the span of 10‑13 weeks.
- Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation.
What You’ll Bring
- Ongoing Bachelor's (2nd and 3rd year) or 1st year Master’s
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Czech/Slovak.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
