About the team
About the team: We’re looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our Alternative Investments Team. This is your chance to lead a small group of financial professionals, grow your leadership skills, and make an impact in accounting and reporting.

- Work closely with the Team Leader to deliver high‑quality results
- Manage and support a team of financial professionals
- Prepare stand‑alone accounting and financial reports under different standards
- Motivate, guide, and monitor your team’s performance
In our team, you will be responsible for
- Deliver results : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (GL, financial reporting, consolidation).
- Quality check : Review team members’ work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Be the expert: Build strong knowledge of IFRS and other GAAP standards.
- Lead & coach : Guide your team, give feedback, and support their growth through regular check‑ins.
- Shape culture : Promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere with clear communication and professionalism.
- Drive change : Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
- Protect quality / Work with integrity: Ensure compliance with procedures, best practices, and internal controls.
What we’re looking for
- Accounting expertise: Familiar with global accounting frameworks and principles
- Solid background: 4+ years in GL, group accounting, or audit with leadership experience.
- Education: Degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- Added advantage: ACCA qualification (full or partial) is a strong plus
- People leader: Strong track record in managing, mentoring, and coaching teams
- Tool expert: Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Mindset: Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
