About the role
This role is designed for experienced actuarial/data professionals who want to deepen their technical expertise while building leadership capabilities over time . You’ll have the opportunity to shape solutions, influence design decisions, and gradually take on more ownership - including mentoring others and stepping into a future Team Lead position .

What you’ll be doing
Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical and actuarial tools using Snowflake, Python, and SQL
Design and implement high-quality, scalable code in line with internal best practices
Perform actuarial experience analyses for life insurance products and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
Take ownership of analyses and development work within a defined business or technical domain
Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and document design decisions
Act as a senior point of contact within the team , supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and standards
What we’re looking for
~7+ years of experience in actuarial, analytical, or data-focused roles
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL and/or Snowflake (experience across multiple tools is a plus)
Solid understanding of statistics and/or actuarial mathematics
Experience in life insurance analytics or actuarial work
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analysis
Experience working in a project-based environment , including prioritisation and ownership
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Actuarial exams (completed or in progress) are a strong advantage
Experience supporting or mentoring others - or a clear motivation to grow in this direction
