Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining quality and environmental standards to keep the project delivering as planned.
- Recording non-conformances and driving corrective actions quickly.
- Preparing Inspection Test Reports and checklists that meet contract requirements.
- Planning materials, resources and construction methods, solving problems to protect cost, quality and schedule.
- Monitoring progress and coordinating activities to keep the schedule on track.
- Ensuring contract requirements are met at crew level.
- Coordinating resources, tracking subcontractor performance and leading daily cost planning, building strong teamwork along the way.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent tertiary qualification
- 2–5 years' post-graduate experience in construction or engineering
- Working knowledge of HS&E and regulatory requirements
Site Engineer positions are bus in, bus out, camp style accommodation provided for 14 days onsite and 7 days off site, on a roster-based arrangement out of the Central West Orana Region.
