JOB DESCRIPTION
Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with three to five years of experience to join the Corporate Practice at our Mexico City office. We are looking for a person who wants to manage clients and cases in a top-tier legal environment and who has a passion for and is committed to the practice of law.
DUTIES
The person will join the Corporate team and collaborate on a wide range of Capital Markets matters, including corporate financings, debt issuances, due diligence processes, and the drafting and negotiation of financing agreements, among others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- From 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial law focused on capital markets practice
- Passion for and commitment to the practice of law
- Good academic record
- Advanced English, minimum C1 level
- Other languages will be valued
